Rakrakan Festival just announced that PRE-SALE TICKETS are now available in any SM Tickets located at SM Cinemas nationwide. Pre-sale tickets cost P250, definitely cheaper than the regular general admission ticket to be sold at Globe Circuit Makati Events Ground on December 19 for P400.
